This was a great property, with a good location and some good neighbours and very safe complex.

I grew up in this neighbourhood, it was a great area, very quiet and safe.
Good size property but needed significant investment. Boiler breaks frequently, roof leaks (water comes in through toilet and bedroom ceilings). Needs insulation work doing as heat escapes through walls and double glazed windows provide limited assistance due to poor fitting - the curtains even flutter when windows are closed.
House had potential but landlord refused invest any kind of money in it beyond the absolute basics.
